Fine Weekend
Besides fine weather and a nice grocery store opening within walking distance, I hit a thrift store which had a slow cooker for $7, and found a copy of the horrible 90's club hit "James Brown Is Dead" for $1.50 - including, of course, the 7", 12", and Deadly remixes.

AND, a fine cafe opened next door to Lanesplitters - "Local 123" with espressos which are tiny and deadlier than LA Style.

Heh, I knew that, because Chong, my roommate in my freshman year of college (1995) would play that several times a night and talk about the times he would "DJ" when he was going to high school on long island.

That CD earned the honor of being the first that I ever ripped, when I slipped it out of his player and took a 10-second sample to send to my friend back home who asked what life at my school was like.
